ca 1830, K.K Kriegsmarine, Paulucci della Roncote, Marquis Amilcare, Ex Offo cover to Herrn General Major and Marine Ober Commandant, Marquis PAULUCCI in Venice with red arrival postmark 14 August and seal on reverse, Paulucci was originally a naval officer of Napoleons Italian Navy, captured by the British in 1808 and escaped from Malta in 1812 and served in Italian Army until 1814 when his services were requested by Austrian with the mark of a Major General, very fresh and desirable, XF!
