Latin America, "Stamp of Approval" Mint/Used Holding in Old Approval Books, 1843-1930s, Four approval books assembled nearly a century ago judging from its looks and the ridiculously low prices penciled in. Many better stamps throughout, such as Bolivia mint #18, 40-46, Brazil used 2, 7-9, 22-25, 53-60, 61-67, 77, 79-80, 96-98, Chile used 15-19, Guatemala mint 7-10, Peru used 3-4, 15, 19, and many of these stamps in generous duplication.
