South America, "Over the Counter" Mint Souvenir Sheets & Booklets in Counter Books, 1939-2018, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, and Paraguay, along with a tiny bit of Peru and Uruguay, all housed in two large-sized counter books with incredible mint stock made up almost entirely of souvenir sheets and booklets into the 2010s. Some better earlier material, like Argentina #468c, Brazil 496a-98a, C53 (4), Chile 254-55 (2), C124 (4), Paraguay 629a (imperf), B19a, but emphasis is on the modern era, with many items in duplication but not crazy amounts, normally just one or two extras.
