PROVISIONAL OVERPRINTS ON THE ISSUES OF PAKISTAN 1971-1973: Housed in five substantial dark green 22 ring type albums the extensive and mainly written up collection sets the scene commencing with three leaves mint Pakistan definitive series 1962-1970, followed by mint GOVERNMENT OF BANGLADESH types. LIBERATED BANGLA DESH, BANGLADESH Official Surcharges, Liberation Forces, and onwards devolving into used overprinted series, very substantial collection of covers interspersed from time to time by various types/sections mint handstamped issues etc. Noted varieties, multiples, Regions, the whole backed up by copious quantity apparently all different Post Offices with handstamps, duplicated used ranges, stockbook mint handstamp issues, and more, with main focus upon the definitive series. Extensively written up, a significant amount of study has already been invested in the collection, but there is still much more that may be done by research/study extending/taking the collection further forward. Bangladesh appears to have come of age. Whereas some time ago there appeared to be abundance of availability, these days there is little genuine material on the market. Although we have given this a broad 'rounded' description please request images to do justice to the collection, although with so much present images will almost certainly be representative. Certainly the most valuable most extensive collection Bangladesh we have ever witnessed, historically this feels like the start of a journey.
