Ramsay, red framed "INDIA PAID" and "TOO LATE, G.P.O." handstamps, Calcutta (Dec. 8) and London (Jan. 22) transit and Canterbury arrival datestamps, cover with slight soiling and vertical file fold not affecting stamp FINE.
