Description
Kanonenkugel mit eiserner Fassung als Türgewicht, 16./17. Jahrhundert. Eiserne Rundkugel nachträglich mit schmiedeeisernen Bändern eingefasst und oberseitig mit schwerem Tragering versehen. Gesamthöhe 22cm. Altersspuren, Patina. Z 3 Provenienz: aus einer namhaften österreichischen Sammlung. Vergleiche zwei Kanonenkugeln, die als Gewichte mit Ketten, angeschlossen an die Portaltür zur Altstadt von Kotor (Montenegro) dienen.
