ROME, ITALY, 1964. While taking off from Fiumicino Airport, Rome, the T.W.A. Boeing 707 on a flight from Kansas City to Cairo hit a vehicle on the runway with one of its’ wings, caught fire and exploded. Five of the eleven crew members and forty five of the sixty two passengers were killed
