lettera con testo da Carrara a Filadelfia (USA) del 2.8.1857 affr. per L.1,40 con L.1 bianco n.18 (ottimi margini) + c.40 azzurro scuro con punto dopo la cifra n.17 (3 ampi margini e rasente in basso) - Sassone n.10+11 - ann. a 6 sbarre di Carrara con a lato tassa manoscritta "3" in quanto inoltrata per la "Via di Sarzana" (bollo al verso del 3.8.1857) a Genova (bollo al verso del 4.8.1857) e da qui a Filadelfia tramite un piroscafo postale francese (il d.c. rosso "Sardaigne - Culoz 6 Aout. 57" e la tassa a tampone "21" ne sono la testimonianza come anche il bollo al verso "Paris - Calais 6 Aout. 57") - tariffa non comune per la corrispondenza Vito Viti che venne utilizzata con porto a destino "P.D." dall'1.5.1857 al 31.10.1858 e una delle pochissime lettere del famoso carteggio a non essere attraversata da una piega - splendido e freschissimo insieme - A.Diena - G.Colla (cert.2004) - Paolo Vaccari (cert.2024) - Foto anche in copertina - (70280F)
