George of Wales at York Cottage or Marlborough House, with another
two in the hand of the Princess of Wales dated April 1906 (not
posted), dedicated "George / Corfu; Georgie / Athens", with some
paper adhesions, relating to the stopover by the Prince and
Princess of Wales on their return voyage from India. They attended
the opening of the Olympic Games at Athens, represented by two
postcards. A real photo card of the crew of the Royal Yacht
Victoria and Albert written by a crewmember from Messina says "on
our route to Athens, we are going to Corfu first". The King of
Greece was the brother of Queen Alexandra and this was an
