daughter of Queen Victoria and addressed to 'Her Royal Highnefs,

London' and endorsed at lower left 'The Queen' all in the hand of
Princess Beatrice. At this time Princess Beatrice acted as Private
Secretary to the Queen and signed on her behalf. On reverse
