The national and international Award-Winning Exhibit from Alfredo Frohlich – The Evolution of Postal Systems in Panama, 1777 to 1881. The collection covers the entire history of the postal service in Panama from the Spanish Colonial period thru to joining the Universal Postal Union. The exhibit is replete with the major Spanish Colonial rarities, British and French Postal Agencies, Forwarding & Route Agents and numerous desirable covers having gone “Via Panama” including several important United States usages. Mr. Frohlich’s accomplishment in exhibiting is a testament to the quality of the material he was able to carefully acquire over the years of collecting this challenging and historically significant area.

Starting prices will be determined at the auctioneer's esteem using reference estimate prices.
The purchase price payable by the buyer will be the sum of the final bid and a commission of 18% of the final bid (“buyer’s premium”), together with any sales tax, use tax or customs duties due on the sale.
