Ulrich Felzmann 173rd Auction
November 16th - 20th, 2021
Large autumn auction at Ulrich Felzmann in Düsseldorf from November 16 to 20, 2021. The offer of single lots stamps starts with a special section Autographs. Among the nearly 200 lots of this first part of a huge fund, you will find well-known greats from film, music, sports, science, literature and politics. This is followed by a well-stocked offering of over 600 lots of airmail, including catapult mail, zeppelin mail & memorabilia, balloon mail and astrophilately. An outstanding Polarpost research collection should also be noted here. Rarities from all over the world in the usual high quality are also in the program of Europe, with beautiful Denmark Classic and Swiss, a finely selected overseas offer or Altdeutschland with sought-after pieces. The areas of German Reich and Germany after 1945 offer further highlights. Also eagerly awaited is the decades-old untouched estate of German Southwest Africa of the association examiner Günter Hoffmann-Giesecke (1909-1979). According to the program of individual lots, there are over 1,700 stamp collections and estates in the auction that will go under the hammer on the last two auction days. All catalogues can be ordered free of charge and are also available for download as an e-book.
With more than 2,000 lots, the coin auction on 16 and 17 November 2021 will offer an extensive and exciting selection from almost all areas of numismatics. As always, single lots from antiquity to modernity are included in choice quality, including a magnificent "Westphalia" offering with eight coins á 1 trillion alone, as well as almost four hundred often untouched collections and lots. A beautiful 5 ducat gold piece from 1640, minted on the new fortification of the city of Munich under Maximilian I - starting price 10,000 Euro - adorns the catalogue title of the coin auction. An intensive look into the catalogue is always worthwhile. All lots can be found in the online catalogue with numerous illustrations and certificates. A total of more than 60,000 images of collections and single lots are available here.
